⁴ Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?

⁴ How can you think of saying to your friend, ‘Let me help you get rid of that speck in your eye,’ when you can’t see past the log in your own eye?

⁴ Or how can you say to your brother, ’Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ and behold, the log is in your own eye?

⁴ Or how can you say to your brother, ’Let me remove the speck from your eye’; and look, a plank is in your own eye?
